This business is our dream and our passion. We care so deeply for the people that allow us to be apart of one of the most important days of their lives. Everything that we do for you is built from our dream of what we can provide to this life experience and in our case we believe this is timeless memories captured in the blink of a moment through photo and video.

Now that you’re here. Why Choose The Frenchs? Your wedding day is all about your love and our mission is capturing it and we are committed to doing exactly that. We believe that it is our job to evoke the emotions from the day and then capture them. We have honed and crafted our ability to make you feel natural and comfortable in front of our lens so that the day of, the emotions you see from our portfolio, are raw and real and not staged. Beyond our interactions of the day we are committed to you from the moment you first inquire. We put in extra effort to help guide you through your time with us. We’ve taken the time to build you a wedding guide built from our experience with dozens and dozens of couples. Each thing we do is for your ease of mind. We know that planning a wedding is stressful and we want to help. We create guides and checklists all in an effort to simplify things for you. Further reason to choose us is that as husband and wife we are a team. We know how to work together to make the day run smoothly. And lastly when you book with us you also have the ability to book one vendor for both photo and video.

WE HAVE ESTABLISHED WHY TO CHOOSE US, NOW LET’S WORK ON WHAT ARE YOUR NEEDS?

How many hours of photo & video coverage do you need for your wedding?

6 hours- You might consider shorter wedding coverage if detail shots aren’t that important to you, if you don’t have a wedding party, or if you skip the dinner at the reception.

8 hours- Most weddings will fit into this time frame. These are weddings including getting ready, details, your wedding party, and a full reception.

10 hours or added hours- If you have a longer ceremony (1hr+) and need more time to cover, or if you are traveling between places, map out the travel times and always leave a larger window than you think you’ll need to account for running behind and other variables.

Second Photographer

The reason that you might only want one photographer is that you aren’t having a long wedding and you don’t see the value in having a second however, the reason to have a second photographer is that a second photographer can be a valuable asset in that they allow the lead photographer to be freed up from getting every thing off the checklist and allow for more creativity to flow and you to get more of the moody, dark, dreamy, & romantic shots you want! Second to that first reason is that we are able to split up covering more ground and more angles that can only add value to your finished product.

Video

Should I get video too? Video can do things that photos alone can not. Video is memories in movement the way people move the way they sound. Our videos are cinematic and are described to us as tear jerkers. Videos are 6-8 minutes long.

Behind the scenes Add-on

These are clips that didn’t make the final cut for the video due to time constraints but we still think you would enjoy so we provide this in a separate video. These are 2-4 minutes.

Drone Add-on

Drone footage can be used to get coverage of your venue or get unique shots of you two or get all your guests in one shot.

OurProcess

After you inquire we like to keep in contact and this can be as much or little as you are comfortable with. We do this by you following us on instagram and we will follow back! This allows us to keep up with each other until the big day. Beyond the more frequent communications that are available on social media there’s also our standard level of contact which is to check in through email and calls if requested. The first step we like to do is to set up a zoom or FaceTime call to do initial introductions. This is usually done with one of us and one or both of you and it can also include other members of your family if that’s what you are comfortable with. From there we can work out the details of your needs. After establishing your needs we will send you a contract to read over and sign, with our contract we will also send you our wedding planning guide and a questionnaire that includes a photo list and a loose timeline. This is to ensure we are on track with your schedule and documenting the things that are most important to you. This was created for your ease and needs in mind. We recommend reviewing the wedding guide that we provide as you fill out your questionnaire this will allow you to think about what you want with some details in mind. The questionnaire additionally allows us to get to know you and your vision for your wedding. After you are comfortable with the contract and have signed you can take your time with the guides and checklists they are made to make things easier so if you don’t have the answers yet that’s not a problem there is plenty of time as we will continue to reach out to you for updates. Not to worry, we won’t be harassing you we just like to send out a check in email at 3 months, 1 month, and 1 week before the date.

Wedding day, we will be well acquainted at this point and should have our checklist filled out. We work with the flow so no stresses if we have to make adjustments day of. Now is the time to relax and enjoy all the work that you put in for this unique and special day. As we stated in our ‘why choose The Frenchs’ section we have honed our craft and will work to make you feel comfortable throughout the day.

Delivery, for photos is typically 8-10 weeks after your wedding day, you will receive your link to your online gallery. This gallery will give you the option to download the images for your personal use or to have them printed off, additionally it also allows you to order prints through the online gallery. Pixieset is the online gallery we provide and believe that their quality surpasses the quality of competitors.

For video, typically this takes a bit longer because the editing is more intensive. 11-12 weeks is the typical return time. When you receive the video it will come through a link that will take you to our Vimeo site and you can download your video from there.

For Add-ons we create and order your usb and photo books and quality check them before we send them out to you for this reason it will take time after your downloadable content is delivered and may vary depending on shipping times.
